Individuals with developmental disabilities require professionals skilled in DDA guidelines, human rights, dignity, freedom, choice-making, abuse and neglect prevention, and the importance of education and health. Our goal is to reconnect them with the community while ensuring their safety and that of others. Each individual will have their own living space, access to their home, and the ability to manage their own bank account and funds. They will have continuous access to medical care, transportation, healthy nutrition, skill-building opportunities, jobs, and recreational activities. They will also participate in annual vacations organized by the organization according to their preferences. They have the right to practice their chosen religion, join political parties of their choice, and participate in local and federal elections.
